Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum experience: 5-7 years.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major violations (DUI/Hit & Run in past 5 years).
• License suspension or multiple infractions in past 3 years.
• Recent experience identifying gaps and providing solutions to operational challenges.

Aufgaben

• Lead territory leadership of direct mobile technicians and channel partners; ensure timely customer requests and that repairs meet requirements.
• Train and develop service technicians and support personnel on new products and services.
• Develop marketable service products that generate growth and profitability, while driving customer retention and loyalty.
• Direct pre-owned asset processing operations; balance throughput, quality, and asset value preservation.
• Visit golf course fleet managers, dealers and distributors to assess service needs and provide training and support.
• Provide technical service and sales support to Branch Sales Representatives.
• Evaluate customer service procedures and drive improvements.
• Support field services/fleet seminars to broaden product knowledge across customers and partners.
• Ensure EHS compliance and safety training across the organization.
• Troubleshoot customer/technical complaints with dealers and corporate teams.
• Lead material movement and inventory control; manage year-end inventory.
• Interviews/hiring recommendations and performance reviews; salary recommendations for teams.
