Job summary

Club Assist US LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Los Angeles, CA to ensure the success of the company’s business development strategy within the CAUS region. You will directly manage the battery delivery staff, travel within the territory, and oversee safety and operational performance to meet KPI targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to coordinate with internal safety and field teams to optimize delivery and service offerings for customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in leading an operational service business.
• Proven track record managing an operational team.
• Influencing senior leadership to drive growth and change programs.
• Delivering outstanding customer service levels.
• Ability to review data and market conditions to make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales budget and KPI targets for the area.
• Annual route efficiency reviews for SRRs/SRMs.
• Identify issues in inventory, sales, warranty, training, and performance management.
• Conduct biannual consignment vs. sales reviews with recommendations.
• Ensure DOT and internal safety compliance for SRRs/SRMs.
• Perform vehicle safety audits (minimum 2 per year).
• Develop relationships with battery manufacturers and third-party storage contacts.
• Manage third-party battery delivery and resolve related issues.
• Maintain annual vacation calendar for SRRs/SRMs and ensure coverage.
• Report accidents/incidents and assist in corrective actions with safety.
• Promote Club Assist brand in all interactions.
