Job summary

LS Tractor USA LLC is seeking a Northeastern Field Service Manager for the NE Territory. The role focuses on supporting dealers across CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT with service and quality issues, training, and field service initiatives.

The manager will travel regionally, provide technical guidance, and deliver Service School content toDealer staff while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional experience considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a diesel heavy equipment or tractor mechanic.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visits dealer locations to resolve service and quality problems.
• Provide product information and training to Dealer Service Department personnel.
• Represent LS Tractor USA during regular dealer visits in the assigned service area.
• Participate in Service School presentations in person or via video recording.
• Plan and execute weekly dealer visit schedules.
• Assist dealer calls about service problems, diagnose issues and recommend repairs.
• Communicate weekly through written reports, email, text and phone.
