Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Field Service or ATM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Previous leadership, supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish and enforce policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service technicians and manage regional service performance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
• Oversee work orders, workflows, and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with other departments on service-related issues.
• Provide quarterly and annual feedback to employees.
• Manage travel, PTO, and area coverage for field staff.
• Drive continuous improvement and team morale.
