Job summary

Roche is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead field service operations across Colorado and Utah. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and customer training at client sites, driving service quality and business growth.

The role requires managing a team of field engineers and application specialists, with up to 50% travel and relocation within the 50-mile radius of Salt Lake City or Denver. Excellent leadership and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, IT, CS, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, health environment or diagnostics.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team delivering installation and maintenance support for existing and new customers; drive results through staff management.
• Direct technical support for customers via field engineers and specialists, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing products.
• Supervise customer responses where standard procedures fail to resolve issues in non-functioning products.
• Lead process improvements; maintain and improve quality systems and objectives.
• Assist senior leadership in field operations and budget/resource management; ensure timely delivery of services.
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees to ensure efficient operation of the function.
