Job summary

Roche is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead field service resources for Colorado and Utah. You will manage installation, training, and support at customer sites, driving satisfaction and growth in a critical Core Lab business.

Responsibilities include directing field engineers and technicians, implementing plans, and maintaining budgets. Travel up to 50% and relocation benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, health environment or diagnostics industry.
• 1 year of previous management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in delivery of technical installation and maintenance support; manage staff; grow business and achieve goals.
• Direct technical support for customers through field engineers, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing products; implement tactical plans.
• Supervise customer responses where standard procedures fail to fix issues in non-functioning products.
• Lead process improvement initiatives; maintain the quality system and quality objectives.
• Assist the Director or senior leadership in overall field operations.
• Establish and manage the department's budget and resources.
• Select, develop, and evaluate employees for efficient operation.
