Roche is seeking a Regional Support Manager for the Mountain West region who will lead field service teams, install and maintain diagnostic instruments, and train customers at client sites in Utah and Colorado. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving, with travel up to 50% and relocation support if needed.

The candidate should have a related Bachelor's degree, 3 years in a clinical/diagnostics setting, and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, IT, CS, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory, health environment or diagnostics industry.
• 1 year of previous management or supervisory experience, or demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead team in the delivery of technical installation and maintenance support for existing, new, and potential customers; manage staff to achieve financial goals.
• Direct technical support for customers through field engineers, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing products in the field; implement tactical plans.
• Supervise customer responses where standard procedures fail to isolate or fix problems.
• Lead process improvement initiatives; maintain and improve the quality system and objectives through daily actions.
• Assist the Director or senior leadership in overall operations in the field.
• Establish and manage the department's budget and all assigned resources.
• Select, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure efficient operation; hiring, training, performance management, and progressive disciplinary actions.
