QuidelOrtho, formed from Quidel Corporation and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a technical service staff in hospital accounts and drive sales growth. The candidate should have a BA/BS in a relevant field, 10+ years in field service, and strong people-management skills. Travel up to 75% and visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS in Business, Science or Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years field service experience.
• Experience: 10+ years in field environment supporting hardware, software, and/or applications at client sites.
• Proven track record in organizational development and field service management.
• Superior people management and people development skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and to work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Directly interacts with customers to evaluate satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate field issues and communicate feedback to divisions within QuidelOrtho.
• Work with local Sales management to integrate Ortho Care with Regional Sales goals.
• Plan regional activities to support divisional and company goals.
• Hire, train, and coach new hires within the Region.
• Coordinate resources to deliver service, maintenance, modifications, and training.
• Travel approximately 75% of time, including weekends/nights.
• Manage a team of 10+ Field Engineers and Senior Field Engineers, with performance feedback.
