The position emphasizes solving technical problems, building customer relationships, and coordinating with sales, technical teams, and manufacturing partners to support a growing packaging

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on technical, industrial maintenance or field service experience.
• Experience installing, servicing, repairing, or demonstrating industrial machinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission packaging equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Support equipment demos at customer sites and internal facilities.
• Train customers on operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales/technical teams during install and post-install.
• Work with partners on semi/full automated packaging systems.
• Assist integration of conveyors and production-line components.
• Do light fabrication and modify components for installs.
• Maintain service docs and report progress.
• Manage multiple installations and service calls.
