This hybrid, field-based role offers a $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, empowering you to expand your territory, build relationships with facility managers, and drive measurable growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales with demonstrated success developing and closing new business.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your territory independently.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving history.
• Ability to obtain the required state-specific pesticide license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-business sales process from prospecting through close.
• Build your pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and field visits.
• Meet with prospective customers at commercial/industrial properties to assess needs.
• Create customized service recommendations and proposals.
• Win new business by presenting solutions and negotiating agreements.
• Grow relationships with customers to create long-term value.
• Partner with service and operations to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Stay current on competitors, industry developments, and relevant requirements.
• Manage your pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.
