Rentokil North America is hiring a Pest Control Consultant in Milwaukee, WI. You will sell residential pest management services to new and existing customers, acting as the face of the national brand in your community and protecting homes and families.

You will assess customer needs, propose effective pest control solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize opportunities while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, with ability to sell pest control solutions.
• Valid driver's license required for field visits.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Maintain sales CRM with daily activities and performance.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
