Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending tailored plans, and building lasting relationships in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, proposing contracts, handling leads, and preparing specifications in line with laws and company policy. A base pay plus commission offers strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid drivers license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional pest control services to customers via leads, calls and onsite visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and propose contracts.
• Respond to and pursue sales leads and generate new opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per laws and policy.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment per Vehicle Policy.
