Job summary

MAX USA Corp seeks a Regional Sales Associate in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to drive sales and strengthen dealer and contractor relationships across North Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. The role involves field visits, demonstrations, and event participation.

The candidate will manage accounts, partner with office staff on collections, and utilize Salesforce.com daily to track interactions and opportunities, with regular travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven outside sales experience, ideally with a manufacturer or industrial equipment.
• Experience in pricing strategies and running sales promotions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce.com familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit jobsites to demo MAX products to contractors with distributor involvement.
• Seek out new distributor partners within the territory as needed.
• Attend and support trade shows, events, and distributor open houses.
• Cover other territories as needed.
