Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 6+ years in pharma, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage regional sales and develop accounts.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales effectiveness within the assigned territory through regular in-person meetings with providers and staff.
• Identify key accounts and document sales activity using Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Develop and foster relationships with providers, coordinators, medical teams, and partners.
• Maintain and document a call cycle to ensure consistent engagement.
• Travel within the West Florida region to client sites and meetings as required.
• Provide educational resources and assist with reimbursement processes for specialty pharmacy.
• Partner with leadership to align objectives and communicate competitive risks.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions as needed.
