Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Oncology Regional Account Liaison for BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy in Florida. This field-based role travels up to 50% to engage providers, coordinate specialty pharmacy activities, and promote oncology meds within the assigned territory.

The candidate will develop regional sales strategies, maintain strong accounts, and collaborate with leadership to achieve business objectives while navigating reimbursement processes and educational sessions.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes regional sales strategy to drive adoption and utilization of BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy for oncology medications.
• Maintains sales effectiveness within the assigned territory through regular in-person meetings with healthcare providers and staff.
• Uses Salesforce and other tools to identify key accounts, document sales activity, and analyze performance metrics to maximize referral potential.
• Builds and maintains relationships with providers, coordinators, medical assistants, clinical teams, and pharmaceutical partners.
• Maintains and documents a call cycle to ensure consistent engagement with stakeholders.
• Supports specialty pharmacy activity, including providing educational resources and reimbursement processes.
• Travels within the designated region and participates in meetings, conferences, and training programs as needed.
