Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Field Sales Executive to expand our restaurant partner network across Chelmsford, Colchester, Ipswich, Braintree, and surrounding areas. You’ll work in the East of England, a field-based role focused on closing partnerships and driving regional growth.

You’ll identify high-potential partners, oversee onboarding, and actively manage early performance with a data-led approach. A strong emphasis on relationship-building and local community engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience targeting new business in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience structuring commercial deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building, including in-person visits.
• Goal oriented with a track record of meeting demanding targets (KPIs).
• Genuine interest in food/restaurant landscape and a driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close partnerships with high-potential restaurants in your region.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new partners to ensure a smooth setup.
• Manage early performance of newly signed partners during the first eight weeks.
• Act as a Deliveroo brand ambassador at local events and meets with partners.
• Use data and market insights to drive growth and win-win deals.
