Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services District Manager to support field operations across an assigned district, with full-time site work in TX, CO, UT and CA. The role involves travel and leadership of Regional and Level 4 Leads to ensure on-time tasks and high quality service.

Responsibilities include forecasting, strategic objectives, safety compliance, and cross-team collaboration with EPC management to implement improvements and new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Regional Lead or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and prioritization abilities.
• Willingness to travel 30%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety as the top function and ensure compliance.
• Lead and manage Regional and Level 4 Leads to keep tasks on schedule.
• Develop forecasting of operational activities for equipment.
• Set strategic objectives and improve service quality.
• Coordinate with EPC management on improvements and new initiatives.
