Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services District Manager to support operations within our O&M portfolio across several districts. This full‑time role requires on‑site work at projects in Texas, Colorado, Utah and California with travel between sites.

You will lead regional teams, drive safety, forecast operational activity, and enhance processes and KPI reporting to sustain high quality service while aligning with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related management field preferred.
• 5+ years as a Regional Lead or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience working for a diverse, multi‑disciplined, employee‑owned company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Develop detailed forecasting of operational activities for various equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce safe practices.
• Improve processes and KPI reporting to scale operations without quality loss.
• Manage technicians, equipment suppliers, distributors, and service companies.
• Align operations with corporate strategy and budgets and drive continuous improvement.
