Job summary

This full-time role requires extensive travel within the territory and will manage performance, training, and hiring of staff, with a strong emphasis on client goals and territory growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail and sales management experience required.
• Superior leadership abilities with effective communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet goals.
• Track merchant visits, events and KPI results.
• Develop territory relationships through networking.
• Provide daily direction, training, and guidance to staff.
