Job summary

All on the Field (AOTF) is hiring Regional Field Managers to run turf-level operations within our paid canvassing and non-partisan voter engagement programs. Each manager leads a team of 10+ canvassers and directs volunteers locally, coordinating with the state program.

The role operates with limited day-to-day supervision: set weekly area goals, make staffing decisions, and relocate as needed. It requires in-state placement to Georgia and other states as openings arise.

Qualifications

• 1+ cycles of field experience.
• Experience managing a field team.
• Proven ability to meet metric-driven goals and deadlines.
• Willing to relocate; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations for an area of 10+ canvassers and their team leads.
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassers; develop team leads within your area.
• Recruit volunteers through community organizations, faith institutions, colleges, and local networks.
• Run volunteer orientations, schedule volunteer shifts, and maintain volunteer participation across the program.
• Set weekly plans for your area and adjust turf and staffing as conditions change.
• Report area numbers to the State Field Director on a daily cadence.
