Job summary

All on the Field is hiring Regional Field Managers to oversee turf-level operations and a team of 10+ canvassers and volunteers in Georgia. The role requires relocation and independent decision-making to meet program goals while upholding non-partisan engagement standards.

You will recruit and train volunteers, manage shifts, and coordinate with local organizations. This full-time position tracks daily metrics and reports to the State Field Director through a structured program through November

Qualifications

• Experience managing a field team and volunteers.
• Track record of meeting metric-driven goals.
• Willing to relocate and lead area independently.
• Familiar with non-partisan voter engagement standards.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations for an area of 10+ canvassers and their team leads.
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassers; develop team leads within your area.
• Recruit volunteers through community organizations, faith institutions, colleges, and local networks.
• Run volunteer orientations, schedule volunteer shifts, and maintain volunteer participation.
• Set the weekly plan for your area against program goals and adjust turf and staffing as conditions change.
• Own your area's piece of the state staffing plan: set canvasser schedules, cover open turf, and verify canvasser hours daily.
• Enforce data quality and field integrity standards in your area, including spot-checks and fraud prevention.
• Maintain non-partisan message discipline among canvassers and volunteers, including retraining as needed.
• Hold daily and weekly production goals; track performance and course-correct in-day.
• Maintain relationships with local organizations that support volunteer recruitment and turf access.
• Coordinate with the operations team on recruitment pipeline and supply logistics for your area.
• Report area numbers to the State Field Director on a daily cadence.
• Other duties as the program requires.
