Job summary

All on the Field is seeking a Regional Field Manager to run turf-level programs within our voter engagement efforts. You will supervise 10+ canvassers and team leads, recruit volunteers, and coordinate with local organizations to meet program goals.

The role requires relocation to Georgia, involves evenings and weekends, and reports to the State Field Director. This is a full-time, in-person position with health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ cycles of field experience.
• Experience managing a field team; experience recruiting and managing volunteers preferred.
• Track record of meeting metric-driven goals on deadline.
• Able to manage an area independently and set priorities with limited direction.
• Proficient with VAN/Votebuilder and standard field tools.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations for an area of 10+ canvassers and their team leads.
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassers; develop team leads within your area.
• Recruit volunteers through community organizations, faith institutions, colleges, and local networks.
• Run volunteer orientations, schedule volunteer shifts, and maintain volunteer participation.
• Set the weekly plan for your area against program goals and adjust turf and staffing as conditions change.
• Own your area's piece of the state staffing plan: set canvasser schedules, cover open turf, and verify canvasser hours daily.
• Enforce data quality and field integrity standards, including spot-checks and fraud prevention.
• Maintain non-partisan message discipline among canvassers and volunteers, retraining as needed.
• Hold daily and weekly production goals; track performance and course-correct in-day.
• Maintain relationships with local organizations that support volunteer recruitment and turf access.
• Coordinate with the operations team on recruitment pipeline and supply logistics for your area.
• Report area numbers to the State Field Director on a daily cadence.
• Other duties as the program requires.
