Job summary

All on the Field (AOTF) seeks a Regional Field Manager to run turf-level operations within paid canvassing and non-partisan voter engagement programs across Georgia. Relocation to the area is required; manage a team of 10+ canvassers and their leads, plus local volunteers.

The role requires independence with limited supervision, plus a track record of meeting goals. You will use VAN/Votebuilder, supervise volunteers, and coordinate recruitment efforts while upholding non-partisan standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ cycles of field experience.
• Experience managing a field team and recruiting volunteers preferred.
• Track record of meeting metric-driven goals on deadline.
• Able to manage an area independently with limited direction.
• Composed and decisive under pressure in a live program.
• Willing to relocate; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations for an area of 10+ canvassers and their team leads.
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassers; develop team leads.
• Recruit volunteers through community organizations and networks.
• Run volunteer orientations and maintain participation.
• Set weekly plans and adjust turf and staffing as conditions change.
• Own area staffing plan and verify canvasser hours daily.
• Enforce data quality and field integrity standards.
• Maintain non-partisan message discipline among canvassers and volunteers.
• Hold daily and weekly production goals and track performance.
• Maintain relationships with local organizations for recruitment and turf access.
• Coordinate with operations on recruitment and logistics.
• Report area numbers to State Field Director daily.
