Job summary

All-On-the-Field (AOTF) is hiring Regional Field Managers to run turf-level operations within our statewide voter engagement programs. You will lead a team of 10+ canvassers and volunteers, plan weekly turf and staffing, and ensure non-partisan messaging.

This in-state role requires relocation to Georgia, with full-time hours tracking program needs, and a monthly salary of $5,500 to $6,500. You will report to the State Field Director and coordinate with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience with field campaigns or canvassing operations.
• Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ canvassers and volunteers.
• Ability to meet metric-driven goals under evolving conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for an area with 10+ canvassers and team leads.
• Recruit, train, and manage canvassers; develop team leads locally.
• Recruit volunteers through community orgs, faith institutions, colleges, and networks.
• Run volunteer orientations and schedule shifts; maintain participation.
• Set weekly plan and adjust turf and staffing as conditions change.
• Own area staffing plan; schedule canvassers, cover turf, verify hours.
• Enforce data quality and field integrity; perform spot checks.
• Maintain non-partisan message discipline and retraining as needed.
• Track production goals and course-correct daily.
• Build relationships with local organizations for recruitment and turf access.
• Coordinate with operations on recruitment pipeline and supply logistics.
• Report area numbers daily to State Field Director.
• Other duties as required.
