Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Field Install Team Supervisor to lead Field Install Specialists across multiple stores, driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and inventory control through strong project oversight.

You will train and supervise FISs, coordinate with store and regional teams on merchandising, ensure planogram compliance, and manage timelines. Frequent travel to stores is required, fostering a high-performance team aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in retail environments and merchandising.
• Strong problem-solving and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service, able to work under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop FISs within the team.
• Supervise assigned activities and ensure project execution.
• Partner with store and regional teams to execute merchandising strategies.
• Assist with merchandising bays and planogram compliance.
• Monitor timekeeping, expenses, and training data.
• Communicate objectives using appropriate programs and tools.
