Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Field Install Team Supervisor to lead our Field Install Specialists. You will direct daily install activities, ensure planogram compliance, and collaborate with store teams to elevate the customer experience and sales performance.

The role requires coordinating across multiple stores, traveling to sites as needed, and developing the FITS to uphold Floor & Decor standards and merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop FISs within the team, coaching for growth.
• Supervise and follow up on FISs and ensure project execution.
• Partner with store and regional teams for merchandising strategies.
• Assist with merchandising bays, planograms, labels, and displays.
• Coordinate cross-project communication on sets, fixtures, and layouts.
• Ensure planogram compliance and attractive merchandise displays.
• Oversee pack-out, stacking, and display assembly to schedule.
• Monitor timekeeping, expenses, and training data for the FIT team.
• Provide input on performance appraisals and promotions.
