Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across our market. The role requires hands-on merchandising, resets, installations, and team leadership, with regular travel to store sites.

You will train associates, enforce safety, and ensure on-time project completion while maintaining strong store and client relationships. This is a full-time, field-based position in the New Jersey area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance meeting company policy requirements.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and to neighboring markets as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (photos, visit data) through mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and ensure proper use of tools by all team members.
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client or store issues to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and to standard.
• Train, coach, and demonstrate merchandising, installation, and safety standards; participate in interviews/onboarding.
