Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator in Independence, OH, with daily on-site coverage across multiple client sites and travel between Cleveland and Canton.

You will support mail, print, hospitality, reception, shipping, and fleet management while collaborating to improve processes and customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma, ability to travel within a 40–50 mile radius, and a willingness to work 7am–7pm with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset with strong communication.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites with high-quality service and operations support.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, printing, hospitality, reception, shipping, and courier coordination.
• Manage printer fleets and travel locally to support client operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive data-driven improvements.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build positive customer relationships.
• Travel and perform duties across multiple client locations; support flexible, responsive operations.
• Utilize mileage reimbursement and stipends to offset travel costs.
