Job summary

Valcourt Group seeks a Regional Fall Protection Manager to lead the Southeast fall protection business, acting as the primary technical and commercial resource. You will support regional sales reps in identifying, proposing, and closing fall protection projects across rooftops and facades.

You will combine sales leadership with technical knowledge, customer relationship management, estimating, and coordination with engineering, operations, and installation teams to drive growth and ensure safe,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in Commercial or Healthcare facilities.
• Proven business development and technical sales experience.
• Understanding of fall protection systems and safety standards.
• Experience with engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and building owners.
• Ability to train and support regional sales representatives.
• Strong organization skills and multitasking across opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead fall protection sales and business development in the Southeast region.
• Support and train regional sales representatives in identifying opportunities.
• Conduct customer meetings and site assessments to determine needs.
• Develop solutions involving anchors, guardrails, lifelines, and access systems.
• Manage projects from opportunity through turnover and installation coordination.
• Build relationships with building owners, property managers, and contractors.
• Maintain active sales pipeline with revenue forecasting and reporting.
• Assist with large or technical opportunities across the region.
• Develop standardized sales processes, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA/ANSI requirements affecting fall protection.
