Job summary

Bay View Funding seeks a Regional Sales Manager to identify, develop, close, and retain factoring relationships across diverse industries. You will expand the company’s national footprint through outreach, networking, and proactive client engagement.

The role requires building a robust pipeline, presenting financing proposals, and collaborating with underwriting to close deals while traveling to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Ten years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to identify, source and close financing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, close and retain factoring relationships.
• Engage networking events to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage pipeline of prospective clients and referrals locally and nationally.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate financing proposals and documents.
• Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to close deals.
• Travel to expand Bay View Funding footprint.
