99 Ranch Market is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee repair, maintenance, and preventive programs across multiple locations in the region. You will manage vendors, control budgets, and ensure compliance with facility standards to support safe, efficient store operations.

The role involves supervising Maintenance Coordinators and collaborating with Store Operations, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and external providers. Regular travel to assigned locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and budgets.
• Familiarity with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional maintenance across multiple store locations within a region.
• Prioritize requests based on safety and business impact.
• Coordinate vendor activity, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide monthly maintenance updates to Store Operations.
