Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of dispersed properties, ensuring high service levels and client satisfaction. You will manage vendor partners, enforce safety standards and drive cost-effective facility programs across multiple sites in the region.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least four years in corporate, third-party or consulting environments with knowledge of building systems and CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience in corporate, vendor or consulting settings.
• General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for operations and maintenance of facility systems across a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Maintain client satisfaction and positive client relationships.
• Ensure contract, corporate and account compliance; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Client to oversee portfolio management and timely updates.
• Drive team collaboration to achieve account success and manage work orders.
• Enforce company policies and safety training requirements.
• Implement hazard controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support short/long term projects and cost reduction initiatives.
• Oversee regular on-site inspections (monthly/quarterly/annual).
