Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive management experience, preferably within a legal/professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing large legal support teams.
• Ability to lead resources supporting multiple individuals in multiple locations.
• Practice area knowledge and familiarity with practice-level technology beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of legal support staff management, including hiring, professional development, day-to-day supervision, and performance management.
• Collaborate with practice management to align staff resources and training with evolving practice group needs.
• Provide leadership and direction to assigned practice group legal support staff, including resource allocation and schedule management.
• Develop understanding of practice group operations to meet needs and support efficiency.
• Build relationships with staff and firm-wide departments to identify workflow improvements and resolve issues.
