Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the operational management of client facilities on an IFM account. You will oversee engineering teams, drive quality, and coordinate with vendors to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.

You will analyze building systems performance, manage escalations, and deliver continuous improvements. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5-10 Years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the efficient operations and maintenance of building systems including steam, chilled water, and compressed air.
• Analyze trends and use data to anticipate and address issues in the client environment.
• Interface with client senior management, vendors, and internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including uptime and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage budgets for projects and operations and prepare detailed scopes of work and reports.
