Qualifications

• Minimum five years of facilities maintenance-related experience.
• One to two years of facilities maintenance management experience, ideally in retail or hospitality.
• Active driver’s license and ability to drive during work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage repair and maintenance for 60-100 stores.
• Negotiate contracts with local and regional vendors.
• Train store managers on maintenance programs.
