Job summary

Kimley-Horn, a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, seeks a Facilities Professional to manage all facility items for 10 office locations. You will support office build-outs, moves, vendor management, maintenance scheduling, and space planning across the region.

This role collaborates with local leadership, regional IT and real estate teams, and external contractors while monitoring budgets and occupancy planning. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of facilities coordinator experience.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local point of contact for office build-outs and moves.
• Coordinate furniture, cabling, vendors and communication.
• Collaborate with leadership to facilitate build-outs and moves.
• Lead maintenance activities and vendor coordination for 10 offices.
• Oversee contractor work and ensure quality and conformance to contracts.
• Plan space utilization, renovations, and office transitions.
• Track regional budgets and expenses, and support regional reviews.
