Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities in a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensuring safe, efficient buildings for associates and customers, with travel and licensing responsibilities across the region.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Communication/Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills – Root cause and breakdown analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of 50% or more.
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare and present reporting and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements and conduct site inspections.
• Obtain and secure permits and schedule inspections as required by codes.
