Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building maintenance experience (3-5 years preferred).
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience are required.

• Problem solving with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within region to oversee facilities maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Prepare reporting and analytics on maintenance operations.
• Maintain contractor licenses and ensure regulatory compliance.
