Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across facilities within a regional scope.
• Lead technicians, collaborate with store managers and leadership on service needs.
• Ensure compliance, permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain licenses, report analytics, and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Travel roughly 50% within the region to support sites.
