Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead a regional team of technicians and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for multiple facilities. You will travel regionally, coordinate with store managers, vendors, and contractors, and ensure safety and compliance across sites.

The role includes reporting and analytics, license maintenance, and participation in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years would be optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills – Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
• Communication/Interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills – Root cause and breakdown analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Approximately 50% travel within the region to oversee facilities; maintain contractor licenses in applicable state
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
• Produce reporting and analytics on maintenance activities
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in training programs to stay current with codes and standards
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections as required by codes and regulations
