Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Regional Facilities Support professional to maintain multiple properties in a designated region. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, safety, and responsiveness to resident requests, with travel between sites required.

You will perform make-readies, billable repairs, and preventative tasks, ensuring properties meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to travel within designated region and beyond as needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties within a region to support makereadies, work orders, and capex projects.
• Complete maintenance requests and preventative maintenance per safety standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing and inspections.
• Manage materials, track inventory, and coordinate with supervisors.
• Assist in groundskeeping, cleaning, and general upkeep to maintain property standards.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and company safety policies.
