Asset Living in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Regional Facilities Support to maintain multiple properties within a designated region, performing maintenance, make-readies, and safety-compliant repairs to meet company standards.

The role requires travel between sites, hands-on maintenance, timely documentation, and collaboration with property managers to ensure clean, safe, and well-presented communities.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certifications (Type 1/II or Universal).
• State and local refrigerant handling certifications.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Flexibility with working schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to work a schedule outside standard 8–5 Monday–Friday.
• Regular, in-person attendance during normal working hours.

Responsibilities

• Travels between properties within a region to assist with makereadies, work orders, curb appeal and capex projects.
• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing to code.
• Executes make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, coordinating vendors, and ensuring readiness.
• Manages materials inventory, communicates reorders, and notifies maintenance supervisor.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting tasks as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing instead of replacing where feasible.
• Follows safety policies, attends required training, and reports incidents promptly.
• May inspect contractor work to verify quality and specifications.
• Assists in property inspections and communicates maintenance needs to management.
• Travel is required to fulfill duties, including flights and overnight stays.
