Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Support Specialist to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities across multiple properties within a region, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

The role involves travel between sites, completing work orders, making-readies for leasing, inventory control, documenting tasks, and supporting safety training and inspections. A valid driver's license and calendar flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Flexibility with working schedule based on business needs.
• Regular in-person attendance during regular working hours.

Responsibilities

• Travels between properties within a region to assist with makereadies, workorders, curb appeal, cap ex projects, etc.
• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance per policy.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing; documents punch lists and schedules vendors.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and tracks inventory; notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork so service requests are tracked.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control by repairing rather than replacing when possible.
• Complies with safety policies; attends safety meetings and training as required.
• Inspects contractors’ work to verify quality and scope.
• Assists in property inspections to identify safety and maintenance needs; communicates with management.
• Travel is required to fulfill duties; may include flights and overnight stays.
