Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Facilities Support to provide maintenance and upkeep across multiple properties within a designated region. You will perform make-readies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.

Travel to sites and coordinate with vendors when needed is required. Ideal candidates have EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility with hours including travel and non-standard schedules.

• EPA refrigerant certifications required.
• Flexibility with work schedule and travel.
• Attend safety trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties within a region to assist with makereadies, work orders, and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair equipment; complete make-ready inspections and punch lists.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Document service requests and inspections for traceability.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
