Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead HVAC/R and building maintenance across a regional market. You will develop a team of technicians, coordinate with Store Managers and Facilities Services, and drive reliability, safety, and efficiency across multiple sites.

The role requires a valid HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license, EPA Universal Certification, and 3–5 years in facilities or related fields.

Qualifications

• Current HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing in your state of residence
• EPA Universal Certification
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians across locations
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facilities Services leadership to identify facility needs
• Use reporting and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and ensure compliance with regulations
