Job summary

Walmart is hiring an experienced Licensed Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager to lead HVAC/R and building maintenance across a regional market. You will manage and develop a team of technicians, partner with Store Managers, and drive predictive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient facilities across multiple locations.

You must hold a current HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license in good standing and EPA Universal Certification, with 3–5 years of facilities management or related experience.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R license in good standing and EPA Universal Certification.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering or related field.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across assigned locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leadership to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use reporting, analytics and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain contractor licensing and ensure compliance with regulations and codes.
• Conduct site inspections to support safety, quality and compliance standards.
