Job summary

Walmart seeks a dynamic Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities regionally. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field plus 3 years’ facilities management experience, or 5 years’ related experience.
• 3–5 years of general facilities, building maintenance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations.
• Coordinate with Store Managers, Facility Services Leadership, vendors, and contractors.
• Handle reporting, analytics, and regulatory compliance inspections.
