Responsibilities

• Travel 50%+ within the regional area for facility maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance progress.
• Maintain current contractor licenses and registrations.
• Participate in regulatory training and site inspections.
• Obtain permits and schedule inspections per codes when applicable.
