Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC/R license required and active in your state of residence
• EPA Universal Certification required
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, or related field
• Strong HVAC/mechanical knowledge and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of facilities maintenance technicians.
• Oversee HVAC/R and general building maintenance across assigned locations.
• Partner with Store Managers and Facilities Services leaders to identify and resolve facility needs.
• Use reporting, analytics and root-cause analysis to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed.
• Maintain required contractor licensing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Secure permits and coordinate inspections per codes.
• Conduct site inspections to support safety, quality and compliance.
