Job summary

Walmart seeks a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee regional predictive and preventive maintenance across its stores. You will lead technicians, coordinate with store managers and leadership, and ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in facilities operations.

The role requires 50%+ regional travel, collaboration with vendors, and reporting analytics. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience are preferred, along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
• Or 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of Walmart facilities regionally.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with codes.
• Participate in training to align with regulatory requirements and inspect sites for compliance.
